REPORTS

Plaintes Sport Complaints, a division of Sport Dispute Management Inc., is the Independent Third Party to Hockey Canada, appointed to administer all maltreatment complaints under Hockey Canada’s Maltreatment Complaint Management Policy (the Policy).  


Sport Dispute Management prepares annual and quarterly reports providing non identifiable information about the complaints managed by the ITP, including the overall number of Complaints received, the status of the Complaints, the nature of the Complaints, the Complaint timelines and year over year metrics.
